Additionally, the 100 lbs per square foot mezzanine floor load ensures maximum versatility for future expansion.

The Black Walls team completed the installation—comprising 100 custom wall panels and a specialized interior mechanical room—in just 4 days, enabling truss installation to proceed ahead of schedule. By streamlining the construction process, we ensured a seamless integration that delivered a functional, durable, and visually striking structure.
